UNETWeaver causes NullReferenceException when a generic class inheriting Networking.MessageBase is present
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "NetworkError" project
2. Open the NetworkMessage script, it generates an error (screenshot attached)
Actual result: NullReferenceException is caused by the generic class.
Expected result: NullReferenceException is not caused by the generic class.
Reproducible with:2017.3.0a2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.1.0p2, 5.6.3f1, 5.5.4p2, 5.4.6f1.

Mass closure of UNET Bugs.
As UNet is Deprecated we are moving to low maintenance mode, where critical issues can get fixes.
Closing this bug as part of cleaning-up the Bug List.
