[UNET][Transform] Only Y axis rotations are transmissed to other instance
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Build and run, so you would have two instances(Include LobbyScene and CompleteMainScene in the build)
3) On one instance press Play and Host button, on the other - Join (if connecting through localhost)
4) When the game loads, get the tank upside down by changing the X axis on the Editor or look at the first .gif
5) Notice that when it's upside down, it's only on that instance - the other one still shows it properly (see the second .gif)
