[UNET] NetworkServer.Spawn doesn't sync rotation to clients

Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached project "NetworkSpawn.zip"
2) build and play with client and host
3) click "Space" on one of the clients
- bullet gets spawned

Expected: rotation is synced when spawning
