UNet: drop all messages from reader if handler for first message is not exist
All messages are dropped if Handler is not registered for one of network messages.
1. In scripts add several (tiny) messages via Reliable channel.
2. Do not register all handlers but first.
3. Send messages.
Actual result: All small messages will be dropped.
Expected result: All messages with registered handlers shall be sent and received.

As UNet is Deprecated we are moving to low maintenance mode, where critical issues can get fixes.
Closing this bug as part of cleaning-up the Bug List.
