Undo does two steps instead of one
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Click Window -> TestWindow
3. Click "Add" button few times and notice "Amount of SO2s in SO1" increase.
4. Click Ctrl + z few times and notice most of the times number decrease by two.
Expected behavior: Undo does one step.
Actual behavior: Undo does two steps instead of one.
Reproducible: 5.4.0f3, 5.3.6p2, 5.2.4f1
