Unable to navigate with Tab key in "Create New Tile Palette" window to "Cancel" and "Create" buttons
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using a 3D Universal Template
- In the Package Manager, install the 2D Features packages
- Open the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
- Click "Create New Tile Palette" dropdown
- Click the opened "Create New Tile Palette" dropdown to open the creation window
- Press the Tab key to navigate around the window
- Observe the behavior
Actual results: It is not possible to navigate to "Cancel" or "Create" buttons
Expected results: It is possible to navigate to all buttons in the "Create New Tile Palette" window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a3
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 26.1 (M1 Pro)
