Unable to move object in the end of list in Hierarchy

Try to move object in the end of list (make it last)
1 Create new project
2 Create 3 objects in Hierarchy - “1”, “2”, “3”
3 Select “1” and try to drag it to the position after last object in Hierarchy view.

Expected: “1” will became last in the list of objects
Actual: Position of “1” object is the same (not changed)
