'Unable to allocate new scene culling mask' warning when creating textures after reimporting script
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project
2. Go to the 'Maybe bugs -> Try this'
3. Observe the created 'Assets\Texture.asset' in the Inspector
4. Delete the 'Texture.asset'
5. Repeat steps from 2nd to 4th
6. Reimport the 'Assets\Scripts' folder
7. Go to the 'Maybe bugs -> Try this'
8. Observe the created 'Assets\Texture.asset' in the Inspector
Expected result: No warnings are in the Console
Actual result: 'Unable to allocate new scene culling mask' warning is in the Console
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a2, 2022.2.0a9
