[UIToolkit] The button.clicked callback is triggered when hovering the mouse up on the blocking element
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project "UIToolkit Bug.zip"
2. Open the "Main Menu.unity" Scene
3. Press the Play button
4. In the Game view, press and hold the "R1" button with the left mouse button
5. Hover over the backside of the button that is hidden and observe the button
Expected result: The button animation is not triggered
Actual result: The button animation is triggered
Reproducible with: built-in UI Toolkit (2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a11)
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1 (No UI Toolkit package available), 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1 (Project breaks, Console errors)
