[UITOOLKIT] Float culture-specific parsing issues
Run the UIToolkit editor tests with a culture where "," is the decimal point (e.g. Swedish, Spanish, Norwegian, Italian, German, French, Finnish, Danish, etc.). Many tests fail, making the result non deterministic.
