Uint type enum is not selectable in the Inspector window when the enum value is above int.MaxValue
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1218195.zip")
2. From Hierarchy select "Test" Game Object
3. In the Inspector window under the "Enum Values" open the dropdown menu
4. Try to select "One Above" enum value
Expected result: The value is selected
Actual result: The value is not selected
Reproducible in: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.a023

Resolution Note:
Unfortunately all code handling UI and Enum assumes the enum can be mapped on an integer (signed). It would be a daunting task and it would break a lot of api to assume otherwise.
