[UIElements] Trying to read value of type Color while reading a value of type Function
To reproduce:
1. Create new project in Unity
2. Open Package manager
Expected result: Package manager opens cleanly
Actual result: Trying to read value of type Color while reading a value of type Function
Reproduced in 2020.1.0a11, 2020.1.0a14
Did not reproduce in: 2020.1.0a7, 2020.1.0a9
