UIDocument's transition animations do not work when adding a background color to the Visual Tree Asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "BackgroundColorTransitionBug.zip"
2. Play the "OK_Scene" Scene and observe the correct behavior
3. Play the "BUG_Scene" Scene
Expected result: The transition animations are working
Actual result: The transition animations are not working
Reproducible with: 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a16
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1 - due to errors in the Console
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
