UIBuilder viewport performs incorrect blending when Color Space is Linear
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UIBuilderColorSpace.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Double click on TestUI in the Assets folder
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: UIBuilder viewport performs the same blending as in the Game view
Actual result: UIBuilder viewport performs different blending than in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1 (1.0.0-preview.14), 2020.3.11f1 (1.0.0-preview.14), 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1 (UIBuilder doesn't exist on this version)

Resolution Note:
This is a feature request since we do not support this right now -- technical limitations in the UI Toolkit that prevents us from being able to quickly fix this. To be revived around 23.1.
