UI toolkit World UI Slider jitters when adjusting its value using XR controller
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Connect a Meta Quest device
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move to the area with "XRI + UI Toolkit" sign
5. Try to adjust value of the Min/Max Slider and Slider on the floating panels
6. Observe the result on the device
Actual result: The slider jitters when adjusting its value
Expected result: The slider moves smoothly when adjusting its value
Reproducible in: 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible in: 6000.2.0b1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a4, 6000.5.0a7
Could not test with: 6000.0.0.68f1 (UI Toolkit World UI not supported)
Fixed in: 6000.5.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

- Oculus Quest 3 (Quest 3), CPU: Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 (SM8550), GPU: Adreno (TM) 740
