[UI Toolkit] Style in nested elements breaks Dropdown Field
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene
3. Go to Game View and press play
4. Click on the dropdown to show items
5. Click outside the container
Expected results: Dropdown Field container close
Actual results: Dropdown Field stays open until an item is chosen
Reproduced in: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0f1, 2022.1.0a13)
Not Reproduced in: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2022.1.0a14)
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (UI Toolkit is not introduced yet), 2020.3.21f1 (UI Toolkit Dropdown field was not introduced)

Could you backport the fix to 2021.2?

As it is now, dropdowns are unusable in 2021.2, please backport.
