[UI Toolkit][Mobile] Keyboard not shown on mobile devices when selecting a button which focuses the TextField
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "No keyboard shown on mobile.zip"
2. Build the project on an Android/iOS device
3. Press the "Click to focus" button
Expected result: Keyboard is opened
Actual result: Keyboard is not opened
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8

Notes:
-When pressing the text field, the border color changes to blue and the keyboard appears, however when pressing the "Click to focus" button the border color of the text field also changes, but the keyboard is not opened
