UI Toolkit Event Debugger window display mixed theme styles when Editor Theme is set to Light
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure Editor Theme is set to Light (Preferences > General > Editor Theme > set to Light) and Event Debugger is enabled (Project Settings > UI Toolkit > Enable Event Debugger)
3. Open UI Toolkit Event Debugger (Window > UI Toolkit > Event Debugger)
4. Observe the UI Toolkit Event Debugger window
Actual results: UI Toolkit Event Debugger window has mixed themes (Light and Dark)
Expected results: UI Toolkit Event Debugger window has Light Theme
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a8
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro Sequoia 15.3.2 (Apple M1 Max)
