UI Toolkit elements do not get triggered when pressing Space or Numpad Enter keys while they are focused on
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-132477_BUG-limited-submit-keys.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click on the Button UI element
5. Press the Space key or Enter on numpad
6. Observe the Button
Actual result: The Button does not get triggered when pressing the Space or numpad Enter keys
Expected result: The Button gets triggered when pressing the Space or numpad Enter keys
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (6000.0.0b11) 1.18.0 (6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b6, 6000.5.0a5)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Pressing the main Enter key will trigger the Button
- Does not repro with Input Manager (Old)
- Also reproducible in a build
