[UI] Text wrapping doesn't work when in a Vertical Layout Group
Horizontal text wrapping doesn't work in Unity 5.5 when the Text is in a Vertical Layout Group. This used to work in Unity 5.4.
To repro:
1) Open attached project (UnityBreakingChangeQuestion5_5.zip) in Unity 5.5.0f2
2) See text wrapping doesn't work
3) Open other attached project (UnityBreakingChangeQuestion5_4.zip) in Unity 5.4.2p4
4) See text wrapping does work
Reproduced: 5.5.0f2, 5.5.0f3 (38b4efef76f0).
Not Reproduced: 5.5.0b2, 5.4.2p4.
