[UI] ScrollRect with Canvas on it loses Anchors after placed on scene root without parent Canvas
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene on it
2) Put the "GameObject" prefab from project view on "DragGameObjectPrefabOnMe"
3) Put the "GameObject" prefab from project view on scene root in hierarchy
4) Put the 3rd step's prefab instance on "DragGameObjectPrefabOnMe" (so it has two children, one dragged directly and one first living on scene root)
5) Compare the two 'scroller' objects inside of those prefabs
Expected: They're both same
Actual: Step 3-4 prefab instance changes its anchors
Reproduced in: 5.3.7f1, 5.4.5p1, 5.5.2p4, 5.6.0f2, 2017.1.0a5
