UI RectTransform values change in the Inspector when reopening the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_48224" project
2. Open the "Test" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy select the "RELOAD AND WATCH ME MOVE" GameObject under the "Canvas" GameObject
4. In the Inspector observe the Rect Transform values
5. Close and reopen the Editor and repeat steps 2-4
Expected result: Rect Transform values remain the same
Actual result: Rect Transform values change
Reproducible with: 2022.3.3f1, 2022.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Fixed in: 2022.3.5f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: if the issue is no longer reproducible on the same version remove the Library folder and repeat the reproduction steps
