UI on Android device has very poor performance compared to previous versions of Unity
Reproduction steps:
1) Open user's attached project
2) Build and run on any android device
-- Notice that screen updates at 24-25 fps (with Unity 5.6.0b3: 10-15 fps)
3) Build and run with 5.3 version of Unity
-- Notice that screen updates at 39-30 fps
Expected result:
In 5.4 and newer versions of Unity fps is expected to be same as 5.3.7p3.
Regression appeared in 5.4.0f1
Note: 5.6.0b3 and 5.5.0p3 have even worse performance compared to 5.4.4p1
Reproduced with:
5.4.0f1, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b3
Unable to reproduce with:
5.3.7p3
