UI Object's Scale is not affected when altering Canvas.scaleFactor property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "BugReport.zip" Project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press on "Canvas" GameObject
4. Alter "Scale Factor" float field under the "Scale Canvas" Component in the Inspector
Expected Behavior: The UI Button's Scale is changing based on the Canvas.scaleFactor
Actual Behavior: The UI Button's Scale does not change
Reproducible with: 2018.3.6f1, 2019.1.0a4
