[UI] MinMaxSlider disappears when min and max have the same values for UI Slider
MinMaxSlider disappears when min and max have the same values for UI Slider. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) GameObject > UI > Slider
3) Match the Min and Max values in Slider
Actual result: Slider head disappears for MinMaxSlider UI Slider
Expected result: User should not be able to match the MinMaxSlider values and slider shouldn't disappear
Occurring on: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2020.3.0f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2019.4.1f1
