Gizmos toggle button in the Scene view lacks the two-state functionality found in the Game view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and open the SampleScene
2. Navigate to the Scene view and click on the Gizmos button either on the text field or on the down-pointing arrow
3. Notice that the functionality is is the same, regardless if the button is clicked on the text field, or on the arrow
4. Navigate to the Game view and click on the Gizmos button either on the text field or on the down-pointing arrow
5. Notice that the functionality differs, depending where the button was pressed:
a. If the text field is pressed, gizmos in the viewport are toggled on or off
b. If the down-pointing arrow is pressed, a rollout menu is displayed
Notes:
- The ideal case scenario would be to have the Scene view Gizmos button inherit the same functionality as the Game view Gizmos button
