UI element scale and position are wrong in project build when DRS is changed with HDR and Software Dynamic Resolution enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project “IN-121670”
2. Build and run the project
3. Make sure “HDR Available” shows “true” and “HDR Active” shows “true”
4. Press on “50%” (This button changes DRS to 50%)
5. Observe the buttons
Expected result: The resolution changes but the buttons stay in the same spot and are clickable
Actual result: The resolution changes but the buttons change the position visually while maintaining their physical position
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1 (5dac2ad68189), 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Could not test with: 2023.2.0a5 (Unable to test because of the way the project is built)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: If you are having problems reproducing the bug, before doing step 4, press button “SWDRS” (Enable software DRS).
