[UI Element] Field validation is missing as restricted texts can be copy-pasted in array fields
[UI Element] Field validation is missing as restricted texts can be copy-pasted in array fields. Restricted copy/pasted letters shouldn't be displayed in the fields. Refer the attached video.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project.
2) UIE Test Suite > Open FTP
3) UI elements > Rect field
4) Copy the word "Sure" in your clipboard
5) Paste the word in the Rect field by pressing Ctrl+V
Actual result: The word is pasted and displayed in the field.
Expected result: The word does not paste in the field.
Occurs on: 2019.2.0a10, 2019.1.0b9
Note: The project has been made using 2019.1.0b9
