UI Dropdown instantly closes when trying to drag or click on the slider
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "BugReporting" project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Expand the Dropdown
5. Try to drag the slider or click on the scrollbar
6. Observe the results
Expected results: The slider moves normally
Actual results: The Dropdown instantly closes and the slider moves without clicking the next time the dropdown is expanded
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.0a14, 2023.3.0b7
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Trying to drag the slider causes it to follow the mouse directly the next time the dropdown is expanded
- Clicking on the scrollbar causes the slider to follow the mouse in only one direction next time the dropdown is expanded

Resolution Note:
The new contextual menu feature which was causing this issue has been reverted in 2023.3. We are cancelling the 2023.2 ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
