UI.Text has no property for getting or setting horizontal/vertical overflow even though it is editable in the inspector
To reproduce this bug:
1. Create UI Text
2. Notice it has fields such as Line Spacing, Horizontal/Vertical Overflow that can be edited
3. There is no way to set/get those values from the script

I had expected to be able to access the following Enums, can these be reflected in the short term?, if so how?
