UI Document component warning doesn't parse newline characters correctly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Add a UI Document component to any Game Object
3. Observe the error asking the user to add Panel Settings
Actual result: \n\n symbols are displayed after the first sentence
Expected result: Newline is interpreted correctly
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a2, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.1.0a13, 2023.1.0a6
