UI Content is not shown when opening in custom window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "IN_21955"
2. In the menu bar press "UI Repro" -> "Broken"
3. Observe the "Addressables Profiler in Editor" window
Expected result: UI content is shown
Actual result: UI content is not shown
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: to see the expected result instead of "Broken" in "UI Repro" select "Working"

Resolution Note:
In the working example, it works because the content is added directly under the rootVisualContainer, which is set to take all the available space.
In the broken example, it doesn't work because a VisualElement named main-container is introduced as the "root" and is not set to grow. Setting the flex-grow to 1 on that element will give the expected result.
