UI Button OnClick event triggers twice when the mouse button is clicked and released
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. Play the "Revolution Management" scene
3. Press anywhere in the Game view
4. Select any 3 ideals (e.g. Liberty, God, Steel) and press the button below
5. Click on the Propaganda button on the left
6. Once the Propaganda panel opens, press Cancel
7. Look at the Console
Expected result: Console shows only 1 OnClick event log ("Propaganda panel click at <...>")
Actual result: Console shows 2 OnClick event logs ("Propaganda panel click at <...>")
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0a17, 2022.2.0a8
Note - One On Click () is triggered when the mouse button is pressed, another when released

Resolution Note:
Looks like it has something to do with the user project setup, can't reproduce with the same version/ui element using a new project. To fix the repro project, export package and import the package with a new project should fix it.
