UI Builder's Hierarchy and StyleSheets tabs are missing the tab highlight
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a new UI Document and open it in the UI Builder
3. Click anything in the UI Builder's Hierarchy and observe the results
Expected results: The blue outline above the tab appears, like it does in the Library and Inspector
Actual results: Blue outline doesn't appear
Reproducible with: 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
