[UI Builder] UxmlObject Add list item field popup is squashed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and add the attached script Test.cs
2. Open UI Builder and add a Test element
3. Click + on the Test Values list
Actual results: items list is unreadable.
Expected results: Able to see list of possible items to add
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0b15
