UI Builder sections can't be interacted with by clicking its name when using Library in the Tree View
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder
3. Change the Library to the Tree View
4. Click on the sections outside of the arrow signs
Expected results: The sections can be expanded and collapsed by clicking anywhere on it
Actual results: The sections can be interacted with only when pressing the small arrow
Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
