UI Builder inspector resizing edge jumps out of bounds when moved to the opposite direction
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open the UI Builder Window and dock it
3. Move the UI Builder Window so that it is small in comparison with other windows
4. Grab the UI Builder Inspector by the left edge and drag it to the right
Actual result: The left edge with which you resize the window jumps out of bounds to the right
Expected result: The left edge with which you resize resizes the window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1 (1.0.0-preview.18), 2021.3.19f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a2
