UI Builder Hierarchy collapses after adding a new element to Hierarchy and saving
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1361788.zip" project
2. In Assets open "NewUXMLTemplate.uxml"
3. In the UI Builder window go to Library and scroll down until you see Toolbar
4. From the Toolbar section add the Toolbar Menu to Hierarchy twice
5. In Hierarchy of UI Builder click the small triangle next to the first "ToolbarMenu" to expand it and select "VisualElement"
6. In the UI Builder window go to File > Save
Expected result: UXML template saves
Actual result: UXML template saves and the Hierarchy collapses
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1), 1.0.0-preview.17 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1), Built-in (2021.1.0a5, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9)
Could not test with: 1.0.0-preview.17 (2021.1.0a4) (UI Builder window not available)
