[UI Builder] Cannot change the text fields to a fractional number when the Regional Format is French (Canada)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "case_1354172" project
2. Open the "Assets -> Bug" Visual Tree Asset
3. Select "Label" Text under the "Bug.uxml" field in the Hierarchy
4. In the UI Builder Inspector open the Text field

Nice
When will it be fixed on Unity 2021.2, which doesn't use the packaged version of UI Builder ?
(bug is occurring on latest Unity 2021.2.4f1 version)
