[UI] Animation is not reset properly on the first frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play "Untitled" scene
3. Press On, this should bring the disabled object visible with the correct fade in animation
4. Press Off to disable the object
5. Press On again, this time you see a flash of the unfaded object before the animation starts on the second frame
(User is animating Color of Image component)

Still exists and one frame appearing animated UI panel is making a headache for my team....

Just to mention that the problem I described below is apparently a separate issue and is being assigned a different issue number.

The issue is still present in 5.2.1p3 (see my example project for Case 732739), though as in 5.2.1p1 you can now work around the problem by setting the Default Layer State to the desired animation.

This issue, or something very much like it, exists in Unity 5.2.1p2. (see also issue 729203)
