UGUI Mask shows inaccurate visual artifacts when using compressed textures
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Open a Sample scene
3. Enter play mode
--An unwanted mask will appear larger than normal on iOS/Android devices using compressed textures (PVRTC, ETC2).
Expected result: Mask should work normally and no additional images should not be noticed
Actual result: Unwanted masks appear in editor
Reproducible with: 5.3.8p2, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.5.1p1, 5.6.4p3, 2017.1.p3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b10, 2018.1.0a5
