*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any project.
# In the project view, try to type f into search
# In Hierarchy, try to rename anything with f

*Actual results:* No letter appears

*Expected results:* f appears

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.23f1

*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.22f1, 2022.3.49f1

*Can't test with versions:* 2021.3, not supported on Ubuntu 24.

*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04
Does not reproduce on WIndows or MacOS

*Notes:*
* Tried 3 keyboards, and also reproduced by someone else on my team.
* Attached .mp4 of this occurring with screenkey running to show keyboard inputs.
* As a workaround, you can copy + paste the letter f in.
* Shortcuts seem to work fine, tried F, Ctrl+Shift+F and Ctrl+Alt+F shortcuts on scene gameobjects.
