[Ubuntu 24]Cannot resize Editor window with the arrows on the side
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Once the Editor Opens try resizing the Editor Window by dragging its sides
Expected result: The Editor can be resized
Actual result: The Editor cannot be resized and the arrow icon does not appear
Reproducible with: 6000.0.10f1, 2022.3.37f1
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04
Note: You can right-click on the window and press resize then it works. All the other windows like the browser and terminal can be resized as you would expect.

Resolution Note:
We cannot reproduce this issue on 2022.3 or 6000. Resizing works as intended and resize cursors are correct.
