TypeLoadException errors due to recursive type definition when .Net 4.x Scripting Runtime Version is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select SubClass.cs script in Scripts->Assembly2
3. Look in Console window
Actual result: TypeLoadException appears
Expected result: No errors
Reproducible with: 2019.1.1f1 (.Net 4.x), 2019.2.0a14, 2019.3.0a1
Can't reproduce with versions below 2019.1 because of errors
