Two Entities SubScene checkboxes are displayed in the Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "EntitiesCheck.zip" project
2. Open the "New Scene" Scene
3. Expand the "New Scene" Scene in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the "New Scene 1" SubScene GameObject in the Hierarchy
Actual result: There are two checkboxes displayed
Expected result: There is one checkbox displayed
Reproducible in: 6000.5.0a9 (253a859729df), 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0a8
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Note: Both checkboxes are functional - they open/close the SubScene. Both of them are updated simultaneously as well
