TwistChain constraint modifies GameObject's Transform when the rotation is non-zero
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “TwistChainBug”
2. Open “Assets/Samples/Animation Rigging/1.1.1/Animation Rigging Constraint Samples/Scenes/TwistChainBUG” scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Inspect the Game view
Expected result: Both models stay in the same position after entering Play mode
Actual result: The right GameObjects body rotation is modified after entering Play mode
Reproducible with: 0.3.2-preview (2020.3.45f1), 1.2.1 (2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1)
Couldn’t test with: 0.2.7-preview and lower - Missing references to components in the “TwistChainBUG” scene
Reproducible on: macOS 13.1 (Intel)
