[Windows] Trying to build a WebGL project on a Unicode path fails
-e: see title
-workaround:
--remove unicode characters from project path
--build on MacOS
-repro:
--open attached project or a just create an empty new one with unicode characters in its path
--start a WebGL build
--NOTICE it fails with exceptions:
