TreeView does not report correct state after reordering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets > Scene
3. Select "MyComponent" in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector drag and drop the item ID 200 at the root of the tree
Expected result: Console gets a message about updated tree
Actual result: Console gets a message about not yet updated tree
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0b8, 2022.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.12f1 (was unable to test it due to protection errors)

I reported this bug. To solve the problem, we execute the following calls at the very top of the itemIndexChanged event callback:
this.m_TreeView.viewController.RebuildTree();
this.m_TreeView.RefreshItems();
In case it helps narrow down the problem or someone needs a work around.
