[Transport] NetworkDriver Memory Leak after starting a server and leaving Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IncodeNetworking.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Game View, press "Start Server" button
4. Leave Play mode
5. Observe Console window
Expected result: no errors are thrown
Actual result: "A Native Collection has not been disposed, resulting in a memory leak" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.4f1 (0.3.0-preview.6), 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18 (0.3.1-preview.4)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (the package was not yet released), 2019.4.4f1 (0.2.4-preview.0 and lower, package errors in the Console window)
