Transparency has incorrect behaviour
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP unity project.
2. Use the sample scene
3. Change Wood material used by the stud frame used in the scene to transparent instead of opaque.
4. See transparent material form the side and see how the horizontal bars are overlapping the vertical bar which is in the front. (The image for this is attached: "Transparent Strud Frame.PNG")
Expected result: The horizontal bar is in the front and the vertical bars should be seen behind the horizontal bar as it is transparent.
Actual result: The vertical bars are in front of the horizontal bar even if it should be the opposite.

If pixels below a threshold of its alpha value should be discarded and not used for alpha blending. Then the object should be set to opaque with alpha clipping enabled.
